We all want to perform at a high level of fitness so we have included some training tips that we feel will benefit our members. These articles are great resources to help you increase your performance; whether your goal is to win the city limits sprint at one or our recreational rides, or to be first across the line in an upcoming race.
We love to ride but riding safety is our top priority. Riding is meant to be fun and it is never fun to go down or get hurt. The safety tips section is meant to help newer riders learn important information, but even the most experienced racer can learn new things or refresh basic concepts. Please take advantage of this important information.
